Lead Instructor 2014 – 12 month contract starting 24th February 2014
Tamar Adventures is seeking to appoint a versatile and experienced outdoor instructor to:
• Lead activity sessions and oversee less experienced staff (see Tree Surfers and Canoe Tamar)
• Coach on our 16 week instructor training programme (see Outdoor Instructor Training)
It is essential that this instructor has strong interpersonal skills and teaching experience with at least 4 years of experience working in the outdoor industry.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Lead Instructor:
• Strong interpersonal skills and teaching experience
• SPA
• BCU level 3 or new 4* in canoe and ideally kayak.
• ML
• PCV
