Become a ‘Valley Volunteer’

“It’s not about the money”, explains a former AONB volunteer, “It’s about the satisfaction of getting a job done & going home at the end of the day feeling you have achieved something”.

Come and find out for yourself how great it is to become a Valley Volunteer, working with not just the Tamar Valley AONB but also the Tamar Community Trust and Friends of the Tamar Valley. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and there will also be the opportunity to try out some of the more practical tasks we are looking for help with. This event will be part of an organised Work Day and there will be an opportunity to get involved and lend a hand, so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
