Volunteer Opportunities and Free Training in the Tamar Valley

Our New Attraction – The Bird Feeder Tree!

Exciting new developments are taking place at the Tamar Trails in the Tamar Valley between Tavistock and Gunnislake. A productive winter!

Tamar Trails in the Winter “While most people are hiding indoors during the cold, wet and short days recently, our intrepid Valley Volunteers have been out there putting in the new sign posts that will guide visitors to the Trails.     The Beech Cafe is open every day from 10am.

    The Trails are open every day, dawn till dusk.

    Canoe trips are available weekends and every school holiday

    Tree Surfers activities, archery, bike hire and tramper hire are open every weekend and every school holiday, until November 2018.
